How does it work?

To most smoothly fix a problem or to guide you correctly in Organizer, we use TeamViewer QuickSupport or Microsoft Teams.

You need to have the program installed. It is free, requires no license or registration.

Here you can download the latest version of TeamViewer.

When we call you, you need to start TeamViewer. The program shows your ID and your password. When you have entered this information, we can remotely connect to your computer and get access to your screen.
