Projects
When construction and properties are to be managed, the projects and archives are an important part.
We know, because we work with this ourselves every day. With that as a starting point, we have created Organizer.
Our goal is to create software that makes it easy for you to manage construction or property projects.
In Organizer, you can share documents with team members, link your own schedule to the project’s main plan, customize case management and delegate tasks to others, ask questions to team members directly in the project, and create change orders – changes, additions, omissions. What about security?
It is included at the level you desire.

Projects
When you create information in an Organizer project, the document is shared with the rest of the team.
By coordinating the planning from the beginning, large cost savings can be achieved compared to collision checks afterward.
If the team has control over the file versions, it becomes easier to track and manage changes throughout the project’s duration.
Organizer has a built-in viewer for PDF files. Together with the program’s search function, you will quickly find the right document.
Authorization levels regulate what each group or person can see. You can trust that documents and information are consistent with reality and that you can update documents over time.
In projects, questions about solutions and problems constantly arise. In Organizer, you can easily ask questions to the relevant participants to get quick answers.
Everyone can answer an open question and you can see all open questions in a large table. If the question is answered and considered resolved, its status changes to completed and it is only shown when needed. This way, you can be sure that the questions you see are current.
Change Orders is an established term that stands for Changes, Additions, and Omissions. In short, it’s about measures that are ordered or added outside the original contract. Change Order work often arises when a question has been investigated and received its answer.
In Organizer, you can follow the current thread in ‘Questions and Answers’ which facilitates the financial follow-up of a project. A decision log is created in the Organizer project with all completed and answered questions.
The log also includes Change Orders and finances. You can choose to archive the content for later use and follow-up in production.
If you have full control of your work tasks, stress and worry about forgetting important tasks decrease.
In Organizer, you can collect your own tasks/cases in a list, set priority, completion date, and reminders. A popular feature is the ability to delegate a task to another team member.
Organizer is a cloud-based service where you choose the security level you want. The standard version is a personal login. You simply log in with an email address and a password you are assigned (or choose to update to a personal one). If you want to increase the security level, there are two more options.
You can choose two-factor authentication. Then you log in to Organizer’s website and then enter a confirmation code that is sent via email or text message.
The highest level of security is achieved by installing Organizer on a local server. Then security and accessibility are controlled by your company’s IT department.
Free support for all versions of Organizer, regardless of whether you have signed a contract or use the contract-free version. You can also choose a personal introduction if you do not want to educate yourself with the help of our instructional videos.
Management to Project and back to Management.
THE ARCHIVE'S ROLE IN PROJECTS
When the archive is continuously updated after small and large changes, the model is consistent with what the building looks like. These models should be used as the basis for a project. The archive lends models to the project. In these files, demolition and the new appearance of the building/premises are shown. The project must work with the files as described in the control documents (BIM/CAD Manuals).
When the project is finished, the files are re-entered into the archive and new files in PDF format are created. The archive models have now gone full circle: Archive – Project – and back to the Archive. The updated drawing archive is again reliable.
